“I have worked in the helping profession since 2005 and have been a Professional Counselor for the past eleven years. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life. This has equipped me with the experience to help clients with a variety of issues and concerns.
I incorporate Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I use an approach that draws heavily upon a client's strengths and internal resources so that I can guide them in a direction that will empower them to make the best decisions for their lives.”
